I have done no further work to isolate which one it is. My issue definitely started after I ran the "Cleaner" section no the Registry section. So does running the "Cleaner" section also run Registry? Just seems like there is a disconnect here.
Some option s within the "Cleaner" section must be causing this issue on Windows 10 machines. Apprehensive about running "Cleaner" section again for fear of losing my start menu. At the pace Win10 is updated and changing I personally would not attempt to clean the registry in that OS.

Are you doing a regular clean or a registry clean? There are known problems with the start menu on some installations of Win 10 and 8, 8.
