This program works as it's supposed to, though the need for such program in the first place is arguable. Obsolete files won't slow your computer you'll only get some disk space back, but considering the size of modern hard drives it doesn't matter much, and same goes for the so-called "invalid" registry entries; no matter how many of them accumulate over time they won't slow PC's performance.
